The University offers online training in equality, diversity and inclusion for staff and some students. All staff must completed the Equality, Diversity and Inclusion Briefing as part of their induction, and will be reminded to complete the training if they haven’t.

We have an optional module, Managing Diversity, that covers topics relevant to line managers.

We also have a video on unconscious bias, which is recommended for staff involved in decision making processes, including recruitment, promotion panels, and management committees.
