The Parents and Carers Network are pleased to welcome back Anna Springett. This follows her well-received 'Rise to the Challenge' session at last year's International Women's Week.
Anna is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with extensive experience as a consultant and coach. You will not be required to share anything personal or sensitive with anyone else - in fact, you do not need to speak (unless you want to) for the duration of the session!

Anna Springett ,Chartered Occupational Psychologist,specialises in supporting individuals and groups towards fulfilling their potential. Anna's approach can range from skills training in a work context, to life coaching from a holistic perspective, to person-centred individual counselling.
