What exactly is flesible working? Can I alter my working hours? Could I change the pattern, or work from home? How do I present my case? And what about job-sharing or extended leave?

Clare Lassiter and Sarah Barnes will be making a short presentation and exploring policies and practices on this key topic with you, and will then answer your questions! Clare and Sarah are both an HR Managers (for the Faculty of Business and Law, and for the Faculty of Humanities plus Professional Services (COO) respectively). Clare is also a P&CN member herself.

This session is for anyone with caring and/or parenting responsibilities who is re-thinking their working options. It will be hosted by P&CN volunteer Melanie Alarcon , and lunch will be provided.
