Women in Business Southampton are very excited to be hosting their first female empowerment conference! S.H.E. LEADS is a one-day summit which aims to continue the global dialogue concerning female underrepresentation in the workplace. We have gathered leading professionals of all ages from all areas of industry including Pharmacology, Technology, the Financial services industry and the NGO community to share their insights and experience in four collegiate panel sessions. This conference promises to be an exceptional learning and networking experience bringing together a line-up with some of the world's brightest delegates from all across the board. We feel there is power in conversation and this conference is an extension of this principle. We want to change the narrative for the future generation of female leaders.
