Equal opportunities policy
A statement of principle that underlines all our policies, guidance and initiatives.
Our policies and guidance have been developed to deliver equality to all employees and students. They have been developed in consultation with those they will affect, and we are open to reviewing them as needs develop. They have been designed for consistency in application and transparency in their meaning.
Our main policies and guidance documents can be accessed below, or from the menu on the left.
These documents are also complemented by other policies in the University, which are linked from the menu on the right. These policies are owned by other areas of the University (e.g. Human Resources and the Registry).
