Tell us what you think of PGR communications

Published: 9 December 2016

Do you feel like you know what is happening in the world of postgraduate research (PGR) at the University of Southampton? Is it easy to find PGR-related information? Do you hear about PGR training workshops/events/coffee mornings?

Project

Union Southampton, in partnership with the Doctoral College, has recently started a project to review central PGR communications. We want to ensure we are communicating with you, the postgraduate researchers, as effectively as possible. We are conscious that there is an abundance of information and resources available to/relevant for the PGR community and it is important that this reaches the right people at the right time.

Whether you use Union Southampton/ the Doctoral College websites to keep up-to-date, rely on emails or connect through social media, we would like to hear from you.

We need you!

We are looking for a group of postgraduate researchers to provide feedback on PGR communications on Monday 12 December, 1pm – 3pm in Building 42 on Highfield Campus. Tea, coffee and cakes will be provided.

If you would be interested in taking part, please book your space now.

If you are not able to make it to the feedback session but would still like to provide feedback, please email DCComms@soton.ac.uk
