Working closely with commercial partners will provide many opportunities for knowledge transfer. In particular, the project will work with the Revenue Management teams at P&O Ferries and Red Funnel. The involvement of the RM teams at P&O Ferries and Red Funnel will also give them valuable experience of working on a large-scale technical project.
Knowledge transfer will extend further to encompass the whole UK RM community through presentations and networking at RMAPI conferences, each attended by between 80 and 100 RM practitioners from a wide range of organisations.
