The Mathematics and Science Learning Centre provides a range of continuing professional development (CPD) programmes and projects for teachers and support staff in schools and colleges across the South of England. This includes short courses, research projects and education partnerships.
Their provision includes Primary and Secondary science courses through the Science Learning Partnership. CPD for technicians and science leaders including health and safety though CLEAPSS. The MSLC also acts as the regional coordinator for the Stimulating Physics Network in the South.
The independent offering from the Centre focuses on the latest initiatives in education and includes conferences, outdoor learning courses, loan box schemes, needs analysis and/or whole school development.
