Event details

Find out how primary children can become researchers and have dialogues with their teachers to develop more inclusive practices.

Join us at this FREE event to:

  • Hear first hand from children at Wordsworth Primary School about their experiences of becoming researchers.
  • Listen to teachers and researchers from the University of Southampton who are involved in this process.
  • Find out how you can be involved!

Tea/coffee and cakes will be served on arrival.

During this event you will have the opportunity learn about the initial findings of the first phase of a three-year European Union funded project (2017-2020), which has as its central purpose the development of effective strategies for including all children in lessons, particularly those who might be seen as ‘hard to reach’. The project involves five countries (Austria, Denmark, England, Spain, Portugal). For more information: https://reachingthehardtoreach.eu/
