This presentation will view education as central to the workings of hegemony conceived of in the gramscian sense.
It will focus on education in all its aspects -- formal with specific reference to Gramsci's conception of the Unitarian school; non-formal with regard to the factory council theory and informal in terms of political socialisation through a variety of means.
