The PACT framework for leadership development in South African Schools Seminar

Professor Maringe will be speaking on his research focused on leadership in South African schools. He has four critical frames through which to examine the leadership of schools: poverty, the apartheid legacy, curriculum and teaching. The research is context specific, but is also relevant to the many educational environments where poverty, racism and imposed curriculum and teaching reforms shape the environment in which leaders must ensure children can learn.
