Research project: Developing mathematics through contexts (DMtC) project - Dormant - Dormant

This project is a roll-out of the Realistic Mathematics Education project based at Manchester Metropolitan University. Three schools in partnership with the University of Southampton secondary mathematics PGCE course are participating in the teaching of this curriculum which was devised at the Freudenthal Institute, Utrecht, more than 20 years ago. The curriculum materials are now being used in schools in collaboration with the University of Wisconsin, US, and Manchester Metropolitan University, University of Southampton, Liverpool Hope University, Bath Spa University and St. Martins, UK.
