Dr Felix Maringe is Visiting Fellow within Southampton Education School at the University of Southampton.

Felix Maringe is a Senior Lecturer in Education whose research concentration is in the area of Globalisation and Internationalisation of HE within the broad remit of leadership and management. He teaches on PGCE, MA Ed and Doctoral programmes. Felix is the EdD Lead tutor with a specific responsibility over the Leadership stratum of the Doctorate programme.

He is currently leading research into the impact of Globalisation in HE through a global survey of universities in different parts of the world.
