Contact the Student HubOur aim is to help you feel comfortable and at ease throughout the appointment. We may explore some self-help resources together, complete some questionnaires, or explore strategies that other students have found helpful. On average, appointments last up to 45 minutes. You will meet with a member of the team online or in a private room on campus, who will introduce themselves and discuss how the Wellbeing Practitioners might be able to help you.
