Free Pilates Classes for all Students

Join Sport & Wellbeing in Connaught on Mondays and Glen Eyre on Tuesday for a free pilates class!

A session to strengthen your body and relax your mind, pilates will show you how to develop your core strength, improve your flexibility and posture and increase your muscle tone.

This semester Sport and Wellbeing will be offering free pilates classes in Halls open to all students. Pilates promotes a feeling of physical and mental wellbeing and also develops inner physical awareness so come along and learn how to feel great!

Every Monday and Tuesday, commencing the week of 10 October and finishing the week of 12 December, join Sport and Wellbeing to walk taller, feel stronger and live well. There is no need to book ahead and all equipment will be provided - all you need to bring is comfortable clothing, a towel and a bottle of water. Classes start promptly, so students who wish to attend should aim to arrive 5-10 minutes before the start of the session. Classes will be every Monday at Connaught (SCR room) between 6:30pm-7:30pm, and every Tuesday at Glen Eyre (Study Room, above Glen Old Bar) between 10:00am-11:00am.  See you there!
