Everybody has their own unique way of managing their mental health. Stress affects us all from time to time but it is important to notice when stress might be becoming a problem.

The Mental Health Foundation wanted to know what simple ways work for you when it comes to reducing stress. They have gathered 101 tips and tricks submitted by their readers for how to reduce your stress or anxiety. These suggestions were compiled and shared at the same time of the release of their new guide to stress. This guide may help you to recognise when you are stressed, and offers advice on managing and reducing your stress levels.
