Relaxation in winter
The holidays can be a great time for relaxation - it's all about finding your balance.

As the winter holiday season approaches, you may have found you've only just settled into your studies, routine and lifestyle at university, so going home for the holidays might see your daily regimes disrupted. Mind has released some useful ways to focus on how to make the most of your holiday, and how December is the perfect time to look after yourself!

December may be leaving you feeling a little uneasy with looming exams and deadlines; while it is important to use some time for your studies, don't forget that it is a holiday and you need TLC too! If being at home causes distress, support services are available nationwide, so there is always a helping hand wherever you are.
