8 Weeks of Mindfulness runs 1 February - 22 March

Enabling Services will be running our popular 8-week mindfulness-based stress reduction course again this winter.

Find a new way to manage the stress in your life by learning how to be more aware of the present moment rather than ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. Course participants will have the opportunity to attend on a weekly basis (Wednesday afternoons) and will also be provided with recordings for daily practice for the duration of the course.

8 Weeks of Mindfulness will run from 1 Februrary to 22 March 2017. These Wednesday afternoon sessions will run from 14:00-16:00. Please note that interested participants are required to submit an application to Enabling Services.
