Today is Time to Talk Day 2018, encouraging you to talk about mental health wherever you are. Time to Change who set up this initiative state that 'the more we talk about mental health, the better life is for all of us' and at Enabling Services we couldn't agree more.

At Drop In today we have some conversation starter tools in our waiting area. Please help yourself to these to help you to start your conversation. If you can't make it to Drop In today, you can also find tips for starting a conversation here.

To equip you with the skills to start talking more confidently about mental health, the Student Union are once again offering the successful Student Minds 'Look After Your Mate' workshops on a number of dates.  This is a two hour interactive workshop for students who may be supporting a friend experiencing mental health difficulties or who would like to know more about mental health generally.  You can find further information about what the course covers by visiting the Student Minds website.

The dates and locations for the remaining sessions are:

Wednesday 7 February 13:00-15:00 (WSA)

Monday 12 March 13:00-15:00 (Highfield)

Tuesday 26 April 13:00- 15:00 (Highfield)
