Mental Health problems affect one in four of us at some point in our lives. It is useful to know how to recognise common mental health problems, what you can do to prevent them and what to do if you suffer from a mental health condition.

Future Learn have developed a Free online course called: ‘Young People and Their Mental Health’.  You can join this course for free!  You will be given access to the course for 7 weeks and can view any articles, videos and quizzes during that time.  The aim of the course is to make sure you are well informed about your mental health, common mental health problems and ways to deal with psychological problems.  The course is aimed at young people aged over 14 who want to learn more about mental health.  This course could not only help you understand your own mental health but enable you to support others who are struggling in some way.

If you feel as though you need to talk with somebody about yours or somebody else’s mental health.  The Enabling Services drop in is open Monday-Friday 13:00-15:00 (term time) and Monday, Wednesday, Friday 13:00-15:00 (Vacation time).
