Student Minds will be running their six-week Positive Minds course starting the on Wednesday 13th February from 6pm - 8pm.

Student Minds are a student mental health charity who empower students to look after their own mental health and support others.

This six-week Positive Minds course is run by other students also going through University. It is a chance to talk about your struggles at University whether you are going through periods of low mood, mild depression, or struggling with motivation in day to day life.

The course is completely free and located in Meeting Room 3 on Highfield Campus, so is a great opportunity to explore your own mental health in a way that could not only benefit your university work, but importantly could help you in daily life.

If you have any enquiries about this please contact Student Minds Southampton on Facebook, or email them at southampton@studentminds.org.uk.
