There is support available if you are unhappy with your results

Module marks will be accessible for students on Thursday 21 February 2019. Below is some information about what to do if you are not happy with your results.

If for any reason, you are considering appealing your exam results, you can access help and support at the Students’ Union Advice Centre. You can discuss your options with an advisor so that you can make an informed decision about your next steps.

The Advice Centre holds weekly Drop-In sessions every Wednesday between 13:00 and 16:30. No appointment needed, just drop-in and see one of the team.

If you would like some wellbeing support or just to have a chat after receiving your results then visit the Student Support Drop-In:

Monday to Friday from 1pm – 3pm in the Student Services Building, Building 37, Highfield Campus

Tuesdays from 7pm - 8pm in Glen Eyre Halls

Wednesdays from 7pm - 8pm in Hartley Library, Highfield Campus

Thursdays from 7pm - 8pm in Mayflower Halls

Outside of term-time, the 1pm - 3pm runs on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays in Building 37, and the evening Student Support Drop-in sessions continue to run.

You can also contact us via email, phone 023 8059 7726 or access our Live Chat.

Remember, doing less well than you had hoped is not a failure. It is the work being assessed, not your character. There are still options for you and it is okay to need to talk things through with somebody.
