Upcoming Introduction to Mindfulness Afternoons

Enabling Services are pleased to announce that we have two upcoming Introduction to Mindfulness workshops.

Both workshops will contain the same content, so you will only need to attend one. The workshops take place on:

Mindfulness meditation can be an effective way to help manage stress and improve your concentration and focus. Another benefit of mindfulness is that is can also provide a way of becoming calmer and more relaxed. By using mindfulness meditation to become more aware of our automatic reactions, we can learn to respond differently to our experiences.

In this workshop we will look at what mindfulness is (and what it isn’t), why people use mindfulness practices in their day-to-day lives and the basics of mindfulness meditation.

You don’t have to have any previous experience of mindfulness or meditation – just a willingness to engage in some guided mindfulness practices. There will also be time to share comments and ask questions.
