Mental Health Awareness Week is an annual event hosted by the Mental Health Foundation, and at the University of Southampton we take the opportunity to celebrate mental health awareness and help break down the stigma.

In 2019, the Mental Health Foundation will be exploring the topic of Body Image during Mental Health Awareness Week, and in the past they have covered topics such as stress, relationships, loneliness, sleep, and alcohol.

There are many wellbeing events happening across the University during Mental Health Awareness Week, so it's a great opportunity for you to learn more about looking after your wellbeing, and a chance to open up the conversation around mental health.
