What happens next

Steps to Wellbeing want to ensure that you receive the most appropriate type of support for your situation. To do this, they will arrange a telephone assessment with you, which will take roughly 30 - 40 minutes and will either be via telephone or face-to-face.

You will be asked some questions so that the Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner can gain a good understanding of your situation and how you are feeling. They will use your answers to assess what the most appropriate type of support is for you, and they will work with you to make the best decision about your treatment.
