Support resource: Togetherall

The University Health Service and Highfield Health have recently given their patients access to a wellbeing tool called Togetherall (formerly named Big White Wall). You will need to register with Togetherall to access the below content, and your account will be password protected.

Togetherall has three main sections: Community, Courses, and Resources.

Wall Guides do moderate all messages on the Community platform, but we would encourage you to exercise caution when reading other users’ posts on the Community tab, as you may find some of the content distressing.

The Courses section has a range of interactive online courses that you can self-enrol onto. They cover topics such as managing mental health conditions, assertiveness training, stop procrastinating, managing anger, and cut down your drinking.

If you’re feeling low but you’re not sure where to start with getting support, in the Resources section there are self-assessments you can take on a range of topics. These are not diagnostic tools but can help you to explore how you’re feeling and help you to see what you’re struggling with. The topics are:

  • Anxiety about health
  • Anxiety
  • Concern about Drinking
  • Concern about Drug use
  • Concern about eating
  • Depression
  • Fears and phobias
  • Loss or trauma
  • Obsessive or compulsive tendencies
  • PTSD
  • Self-esteem
  • Sleeping
  • Social Fear
  • Wellbeing

If you would like a place to write down your thoughts and feelings, there is a private journal so you can write down what you’ve been up to, and you could use it for any notes about courses you’re taking.
