Online bookings for the Assistive Technology Suite (ATS)

Designed for students engaged in support from Enabling Services, the Assistive Technology (AT) Suite is the main area for assistive technology facilities within the University.

The AT Suite is located at Highfield Campus in Hartley Library (Level 2, Room 2047) and is available during normal library opening hours .

Students who would like to access the AT Suite will need to make a booking in advance. Bookings can be made through the Hartley Library Bookings page . Please note, bookings can be made for up to two hours in duration.

Bookings can be made for:

• Assistive Technology Suite – Height adjustable desk
• Assistive Technology Suite – Standard desk

Current measures in place to keep you safe:

• AT Suite use must be pre- booked (you may be asked to show your booking confirmation email to a member of the Library team)
• Study spaces are 2 meters apart (so face coverings are not required when you are sitting at your desk, but will be required when moving around the library)
• Cleaning materials are provided
