November: wellbeing calendar

Each month of the academic year, we will focus on how to make the Five Ways to Wellbeing relevant and achievable in your life as a student, and we will address the things that get in the way of us achieving the five ways.
This November, we are focussing on Take Notice : taking notice, or being mindful, can help us switch off from "auto-pilot" and can help us to connect with the present moment. This can have positive effects on our wellbeing, such as stress reduction.
