Five Ways to Wellbeing in bubbles

Each month of the academic year, we will focus on how to make the Five Ways to Wellbeing relevant and achievable in your life as a student, and we will address the things that get in the way of us achieving the five ways.

This November, we are focussing on Take Notice: taking notice, or being mindful, can help us switch off from "auto-pilot" and can help us to connect with the present moment. This can have positive effects on our wellbeing, such as stress reduction.

We have developed a Wellbeing Calendar for the month to give you little reminders about how to be mindful. Download the calendar below, and follow along!
