No Limits aim to help young people help themselves. No Limits is a charity offering free and confidential information, advice, counselling, advocacy and support to children and young people under the age of 26 in Southampton and Hampshire.

Young people can go to No Limits for free support on a wide range of issues including housing, homelessness, debt, employment, relationships, sexual health, mental health and substance misuse. Here, we highlight different aspects of their service that you may wish to access:

Social Prescribing Service

The No Limits Social Prescribing service is for people under 25 who are feeling stressed, worried, lonely or not enjoying things) and would like to access support, but aren’t sure how to, or where to start.

The Social Prescription Worker can meet with you for an informal chat and take time to listen and understand your needs. Together you can agree a wellbeing plan that focuses on your priorities and connects you with activities, events and organisations that can help you feel better, for example taking part in sport, creative arts, volunteering or peer support groups.

SHINE: Safe Hub for INspiration and Empowerment

Shine is an open group that runs online every Wednesday (4pm – 5:30pm) for anyone who identifies as female and is aged 18 – 25. You are encouraged to attend if you would like some support, to make new friends, have some fun, and develop some skills in a friendly environment.
If you would like to attend or have any questions, contact Flora on 07741 667 182.

No Limits Advice Centre

The No Limits Advice Centre is an informal, friendly ‘one stop shop’ for you to get help with any issues you may be facing, including homelessness, relationships, sexual health, sexuality, alcohol and drugs, health and well-being issues, domestic violence or abuse, education, employment, finances and energy advice.

Counselling

No Limits offer counselling to young people aged 14 - 25 who are registered with a Southampton GP. You can self-refer here. Counselling is the opportunity for you to talk things through in a safe, confidential space.
