Mindfulness can help us to develop new strategies in dealing with difficult or stressful situations. These sessions are an opportunity to practice mindfulness. You may have no experience and want to try it out or you may want to continue to practice following a course - anyone is welcome. Each session will include some time for meditation practice and discussion. No need to book just come along and join us. Please note - this session is intended for University of Southampton students only.
