What is Mindfulness? Mindfulness means knowing directly what is going on inside and outside ourselves, moment by moment, and moving away from focusing on the past or worrying about the future. Join us for this introductory session to mindfulness where we will cover the benefits of mindfulness, try some of the practices and learn techniques you can try on your own. There is no need to register, simply join us on the day. Please note that this session is intended for all students (undergraduate and post-graduate) and that places will be offered on a first-come, first-serve basis. If you are not able to attend - this session will run again on 23 November 2016. Please visit the Enabling Services website for more information.
