Event details

Find a new way to manage the stress in your life by learning how to be more aware of the present moment rather than ruminating on the past or worrying about the future. Participants will have the opportunity to attend on a weekly basis and will be provided with recordings for daily practice for the duration of the course. This course will run for eight weeks - 14:00-16:00 on Wednesdays from 1 February - 22 March 2017.
