Join us for a guided mindful meditation session for a way to take a calming break during the exam period. Studying for exams and completing work for deadlines can be stressful. Mindfulness meditation can be an effective way to help manage stress and improve your concentration and focus. Mindfulness can also provide a way of becoming calmer and more relaxed. By using mindfulness meditation to become more aware of our automatic reactions, we can learn to respond differently to our experiences. No need to sign up - just come along! For University of Southampton students.
