In collaboration with the Students’ Union, Enabling Services are offering a guided mindfulness session for Stress Awareness Month. Please email enable@soton.ac.uk to book your space.

This session is an opportunity to practise mindfulness meditation in a small group setting – all levels of experience are welcome.

Mindfulness meditation can be an effective way to help manage stress and improve your concentration and focus. Mindfulness can also provide a way of becoming calmer and more relaxed. By using mindfulness meditation to become more aware of our automatic reactions, we can learn to respond differently to our experiences.
