This is an informative, fun, session on all the different ways you can maintain a healthy lifestyle, run by Sport & Wellbeing. Do you find motivation to exercise in the traditional manner hard? Be Active is here to let you know that exercise doesn’t have to be strenuous or even difficult. You will also find out all the benefits that exercise can have on your body and mind, as well as hear from a couple of students' experiences with exercise and health.
