Event details

The Student Wellbeing Team are pleased to invite you to our Wellbeing and Safety Day. You will be able to chat to staff from University support services including: the Student Wellbeing Team, the Faith and Reflection Centre, the Students’ Union, the International Office and the Chinese Association Southampton. We will also be joined by the Community Mental Health Nurse from the local GP surgeries, and Steps to Wellbeing, the NHS mental health therapy provider for Southampton & Dorset. Find out more about the support available to you.

Other activities:

  • You can also join the online session Introduction to Togetherall to find out more about their wellbeing support and resources.
  • Come and grab a free piece of fruit for a healthy snack at the Nuffield Building (Building 6).
  • Get a head, shoulder and neck massage at the Faith and Reflection Café (Building 6). 
  • Test your mobility level and posture with Sport & Wellbeing's Health and Personal Trainers at the Faith and Reflection Café (Building 6).

We encourage all of our students to review and follow the latest COVID-19 government guidance, and University guidance. If you are attending campus, you are expected to test. Full information on testing can be found on our SharePoint. If you’re showing symptoms of COVID-19 or feeling unwell, please do not come to campus or attend our events, even if you have tested negative.
