Join Breathe and Recover Yoga teachers Francesca, Lauren, and Iain, to explore the power of our breath to create our inner health using the Living Yoga Method™. Over the 2 hours, we will explore different breathing techniques and meditation in a seated yoga practice, where we discover the links between our breath, how we then think, and how our breaths influence our over all health.

The breathing techniques can help to improve sleep, digestion, boost mood, and help to calm anxiety.

This workshop is designed to be fully accessible to everyone, whether you have health conditions, injury to your body, or limited mobility and require walking aids or a wheelchair.

There will also be a 30 minutes break in the middle of the workshop - a chance to get to know the rest of the group, and have something to eat and drink.

YogaSoc are running these workshops at cost and will charge the same flat rate for all members and non-members for these workshops.
