Event details

The Student Disability and Inclusion Team presents a series of Group Workshops which are designed for autistic students and those awaiting a diagnosis. You do not need a formal diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) to join the workshops. This session will look at some of the myths about autism that cause difficulties in communication between autistic and non-autistic people. It will focus on methods to help us understand non-autistic people in the university environment. This is part of a series of workshops designed to support students with ASC. Students may choose to attend Parts A, B, C and D, however there is no requirement to attend all sessions. This session will take place in person, at Building 37, Student Hub, Highfield campus.
