Event details
The Student Disability and Inclusion Team presents a series of Group Workshops which are designed for autistic students and those awaiting a diagnosis. You do not need a formal diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) to join the workshops. In this session, we will look at practical methods for managing stress and anxiety. We discuss why anxiety often develops for people with autism and what we can do to reduce overall anxiety. This is part of a series of workshops designed to support students with ASC. Students may choose to attend Parts A-E, however there is no requirement to attend all sessions. This session will take place in person, at Building 37, Student Hub, Highfield campus.
