Event details

The Student Disability and Inclusion Team presents a series of Group Workshops which are designed for autistic students and those awaiting a diagnosis. You do not need a formal diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) to join the workshops. In this session we will explore a range of areas to do with emotions including: what we understand by the term 'emotion'; how emotions can link to our thoughts and physical behaviours; strategies for understanding and managing our emotions.

This is Part E of a series of workshops designed to support students with ASC. Students may choose to attend Parts A to E, however there is no requirement to attend all sessions.

If you would like to book on to this session, please email studenthub@soton.ac.uk
