Event details

Occupational Therapy uses activities to support someone in managing and overcoming challenges, including with their mental health and wellbeing. Learning something new – such as trying a new hobby or learning a creative skill – is one of the Five Ways to Wellbeing and can give us a sense of purpose and help with relaxation.

Sarah, an Occupational Therapy Lecturer in our School of Health Sciences, will be leading a rock painting activity. We will provide you with the materials to decorate a rock with paints and pens, and you can either take this home with you to keep,or hide it around the University campuses for other people to find!

There is no need to book – just drop in! This session will be first come, first served. There will be other activities happening in the marquee too!
