It is normal to feel stressed around the time of exams, assessments, or deadlines - some stress can help to motivate us, but at times it can negatively impact our wellbeing. Solent Mind will be delivering a session on exam stress so that you can learn more about stress, the effect it has, and coping skills to help you overcome this.

Solent Mind are the local branch of the national organisation, Mind. They offer advice and support to people experiencing mental health difficulties.

We expect the session to last 30 – 45 minutes, with time for questions at the end.
