Event details

The Student Disability and Inclusion Team presents a series of Group Workshops which are designed for autistic students and those awaiting a diagnosis. You do not need a formal diagnosis of Autistic Spectrum Condition (ASC) to join the workshops. You do not need to have joined previous sessions to attend. In this session, we will look at practical methods for managing stress and anxiety, with a particular focus on exams. We discuss why anxiety often develops for people with autism and what we can do to reduce overall anxiety. This session will take place in person, at Building 37, Student Hub, Highfield campus.

To book your place on this workshop, please contact Student Disability and Inclusion via studenthub@soton.ac.uk.
