In these Q&A Live Chat sessions, supported by UniBuddy, you can chat to advisors and ask any questions you may have about the support at the University. You will be able to ask specific questions about your personal support in your appointment, so you may prefer to attend this before you join a Q&A session.
Please note that other chatters will be able to see the questions that you ask, so if you would like to ask a confidential question, please email studenthub@soton.ac.uk.
Parents, Guardians and Student Supporters
We know that the people in your lives such as family members or partners may have some questions or concerns that they may want to talk to us about. We will be offering a separate channel within the chats for student supporters to participate in. If your supporter would like to join one of these chats, please ask them to register and choose their preferred chat session from the timetable below.

2) If you do not have a UniBuddy account, you will need to register for one. Although this only takes a few minutes to set up, you may wish to register in advance. To do so, follow the 'register here/join Chat' link to your preferred Live Chat session, and proceed to sign up.
3)To enter the chat, press the 'Register here/join chat' link on the time and date of your chosen session where you will be prompted to sign into your UniBuddy account. Then proceed to chat with one of our friendly advisors on-hand to assist with your queries!
