EMBRN/COST International Mast Cell and Basophil Meeting

Mast Cells and Basophils as Targets for Innovative Therapies

Following the successful inaugural meeting of the European Mast Cell and Basophil Network (EMBRN) in Berlin in December 2010, we are pleased to announce the second international meeting.

The meeting will be hosted by the European Mast Cell and Basophil Network (EMBRN) and the European Cooperation in Science and Technology (COST) Action 1007. The theme is Mast Cells and Basophils as Targets for Innovative Therapies.

This will be an international forum for the presentation and discussion of advances in understanding of mast cell and basophils, on their roles in disease and on the potential as targets for new therapies. This will be the first meeting of COST Action 1007 whose objective is to foster a interdisciplinary approach in mast cell and basophil research.
