Dr Mark Scott 

Research Fellow

Dr Mark Scott is Research Fellow within Engineering and Physical Sciences at the University of Southampton.

Dr Mark Scott joined the University of Southampton in 2001 as an IT Systems Architect and Developer. After working for several groups within Engineering and Physical Sciences, he moved to the central IT Department and completed a PhD on the management of materials engineering and medical research data. He is interested in IoT devices for smart cities including the management and curation of the data and metadata produced.
