Dr Kameswararao Anupindi is Research Fellow within Engineering and the Environment at the University of Southampton.

Kamesh graduated from Purdue University, USA, in 2013 with a PhD in Mechanical Engineering.  He worked at Oak Ridge National Lab, as a post-doctoral researcher for a short time after his graduation and before moving to the University of Southampton.  Prior to enrolling for his doctoral studies, he worked as a software development engineer at Ansys FLUENT, India, in the solver/meshing team.  He obtained his BTech degree from JNTU College of Engineering, Kakinada, India in Mechanical Engineering and MTech degree from IIT Kanpur, India, in Aerospace Engineering.

Currently his research focus is on developing embedded RANS/LES methods, working with Professor Richard Sandberg.
