The submission deadline has now been extended to January 25 2013. The instructions giving the format of the paper are provided below.

Prepare your paper according to the instructions and convert to PDF format. Submission will be done by uploading the paper through the University of Southampton Open Conference System ( www.ocs.soton.ac.uk )
The papers will be reviewed and feedback given by 29 March 2013.
The final version of the paper should be submitted by 26 April 2013.
Please note that at least one registration is required for every paper submitted. Authors should register to the conference once the final version of their paper has been submitted.
Papers will appear on the conference proceedings CD and abstracts will appear in the "Book of Abstracts".
