Event details

An Astro group seminar

The talk reviews the reasons why space nuclear fission power is an enabling technology for the exploration of the outer solar system and beyond.  In due course it may also be the best way to protect us from Earth-threatening comets and asteroids and pave the way to the colonisation of the Moon and distant planets.
